Warriors mod
I just checked a few high-rated GvG and I saw that warriors are mostly using vampiric mod and zealous mod to regain some mana.
I've always use sundering mod and I don't see why warriors use vamp mods. I can understand zealous if you're playing shock warrior and use it alot. but vamp?
sundering is about +15 damage bonus when it triggers. it happens ~ 1time every 5 hits. so it's basically the same thing than vamp wich is doing +3 damage bonus every hit, 3x5=15. I just don't see where it's worth to get life degen to do the same thing then sundering does? sundering is unpredictable, yes, but unpredictable for ennemys monks too. if you get 2 sundering to trigger in a spike, that's ~40 damge more, where vamp will do 10 damage more.
what do you think is best? vamp or sundering? or switching between zealous (for mana), vamp(pressure) and sundering (for spikes)?

Vamp does more DPS then sundering, and zealous is so they can spam frenzy/rending touch, ect. Also sundering sucks.

To be perfectly honest, this topic has been discussed to death, and then discussed some more. Try using search.

This has been discussed to death, and here it goes.
Zealous is obvious, you need it for pumping out frenzy. Always have this as a swap.
For your damage mod, you're going to choose between vamp and sundering. Each has its advantages and disadvantages (though vamp is usually considered better), and both can be used based of personal preference.
Sundering:
Random, but if you're lucky random things can stack together and payoff big (sundering critical eviscerates are crucial)
Less micro needed
Vampiric:
Higher average DPS, higher average damage
Consistent, dependable damage booster
Cuts through prots

Vamp is consistent, it isn't going to trigger once every 5 hits as you claimed. Flip a coin two times, its not guaranteed that it will be heads one time and tails the other.
If you are pressuring the team hard and need to keep pushing you don't want to rely on a random 20% boost in your damage, consistent is better.

All I know on the subject is that the outcome of every match is decided upon which mod you want on your axe when your intent is to "do more damage".

Sundering isn't an average of +15 damage when it triggers. It averages a touch better than 8 damage when it triggers, if you're running 16 Axe (though a bit better in practice due to autocrits). On a 16 Axe crit, you get +14 damage from Sundering. You of course do a bit worse than this if your target isn't at 60 armor.
You can make an argument for Sundering based on the value of sundering crits during a spike, since those are the times that are most likely to score kills. You can decide for yourself how convincing you think that is. Vampiric weapon mods deal more damage than Sundering in most situations, however.
